Athlean x protein per day

I'm a carb whore. When I started doing Athlean-X and rucking I started to feel like crap and feel signs of over training. I found out I wasn't eating enough protein. Under intense physical activity I try to aceive 1g of protein per lb of me. This is only 130g for me. And I'm drinking protein before bed every night to acheive this.
